Objectives for WordCamp Europe 2024
Venue: The biggest WordCamp Europe ever organised!
The Lingotto Exhibition Centre comprises four halls, spanning approximately 60,000 sqm and accommodating up to 8,000 people; however, considering past editions, we anticipate an attendance ranging around 3,000 participants.

The Sponsors area will hold up to 100 booths, giving the suitable space for concentrating the key players of the worldwide WordPress Community. The 3D drawing is a provisional layout; it’s not yet set in stone and subject to change. But we just want to give you a sense of the great space that we have available!

Spaces are limited and go on a first-come, first-served basis*. 90% of the booths are sold within the first 3 weeks after the Call for Sponsors is announced.

Sponsoring as a Small Business is a great way to get your company known at WordCamp Europe, allowing you to step from a local to a global level.
It’s the perfect sponsoring option to show off your product demonstrations and demos while connecting with new and existing users.
Note:
For WordCamp Europe 2024, we’re embracing the original vision for this sponsorship tier, which is dedicated to small businesses eager to promote their company, product, or service. We have set guidelines to ensure this opportunity serves its intended participants:
- You should generate most of your revenue from WordPress or the ecosystem
- Your revenue estimations for 2023 should be less than €2m
- You should employ less than 50 employees
These criteria align with the European Commission’s definition of a small business, serving as flexible benchmarks rather than rigid rules. We encourage you to apply if your company aligns with the spirit of these guidelines.
Additionally, selection for this sponsorship level will not be based on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis but rather on finding the best fit for the event. To ensure swift processing and minimise wait times, applications will be reviewed in batches. While this approach means there’s no rush, submitting your application earlier may increase your likelihood of acceptance, as the assessment will be ongoing.
