This is where you can get your tickets for WordCamp Europe 2024, taking place in Torino, Italy between 13 – 15 June 2024.
Tickets include the entry to our two-day event with lunch, coffee, snacks, the opportunity to register for Contributor Day and an invite to the After Party on 15 June. You’ll also get to collect our yearly event t-shirt and connect with others from the community.
Ticket options
There are two ticket options to choose from.
General ticket
Our General Ticket is priced far below the real cost of attendance because we’re dedicated to keeping WCEU affordable.
Sponsors help cover the cost of the event that focuses so passionately on delivering the best experience, therefore subsidising and offsetting the low cost of General Tickets.
Micro-sponsor ticket
These tickets are priced closer to the real cost of attendance. If you feel you can donate a little extra, please consider purchasing a Micro-sponsor ticket as a way of giving back. Your donation ensures an extra-special WCEU experience for you and all other attendees.
It’s important to us that everyone who attends WordCamp Europe is treated equally, respected, and protected, so by attending, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.

WordCamp Europe tickets are refundable. You can even sell, give or gift a ticket you bought by editing the attendee details using the link in your ticket purchase confirmation email.

Important notes
- Each ticket is valid for one person only. If you are bringing a guest, they’ll need their own ticket.
- Tickets are refundable. Please see our Refund/Transfer Information page for further details. Tickets are only refundable until 26 May 2024.
- For attendees who require a Visa Letter to support an application to visit Italy, you can request one of these letters until 26 May 2024.
- If you have opted-in to be listed on the Attendees page, the following information will be included on the page. You can choose to hide this information by following the link in your confirmation email.

- For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and/or professional photographers and videographers at the WordCamp event. By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.
