Learn health techniques at the Wellness Track

Many of us in the WordPress community live sedentary lives – we spend our days in front of the computer screen. And what do we do when we attend events like WordCamp Europe? We sit!

A new activity track is being added to the WordCamp Europe 2022 schedule to provide an opportunity to learn some techniques to improve our physical and mental health.

The Wellness Track will offer introductory (beginner level) sessions of yoga and meditation on both days of the conference.

Many people believe that meditation and yoga provide benefits to your physical and mental health by helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and burnouts. Come try it for yourself!

The Community Events team have engaged a local Porto company with experience in these areas to lead the activities. They will provide 20 mats for attendees to use, but there can be more than 20 people in each session – you just might have to sit on the ground or bring your own mat.
