Wellness Track

Update: Due to predictions of inclement weather on Saturday 4 June, the Wellness Track will take place under the tents adjacent to the main lake (opposite door #6)

Just outside the Super Bock Arena at the Open Air Theater we will be waiting for you with two different Wellness Sessions on both event days.

The Wellness Track is designed to help WordPress community members by providing introductory (beginner level) sessions of yoga and meditation on both days of the conference. 

A number of studies have shown that yoga and meditation may help reduce stress and anxiety. Since most of the WordPress community tend to be sedentary because of the work we do, sitting all day in front of the computer, we are more prone to suffer from stress and other related symptoms.

The purpose of the Wellness Track is to help and encourage the WordPress Community to be more active and stress free.

How to attend

Everyone is welcome to join and there isn’t a need to register at all, just enjoy and relax.

There will be two different activities for each day, a Yoga class and a Mediation session, please check the schedule below.

Instructors for each activity will guide and help you. Also, we will be providing 20 yoga mats for the participants, but if you are late and you don’t find a free mat you can always use the natural mat and sit on the ground.

We want to keep the environment clean, so we ask you to please leave the area clean at the end of the session.
