Finally, the WordPress community meets again in person in Porto in 2022. Become a speaker or a workshop host at the greatest WordCamp!
In June 2021 the European WordPress community came together online and in June 2019 it was the last time the WordPress community came together for the largest in-person WordCamp. With lots of happy memories from these editions, we are now ready to continue making this event another successful one.
As in previous years, WCEU has 2 days of the conference: 3 and 4 June.

All about WordPress NOW
Everything that can be achieved with WordPress currently.
Day 2:
All about the FUTURE of WordPress
All the exciting things that are just around the corner.
What topics are we looking for?
Basically, as long as it relates to WordPress in some way, shape or form, we’ll welcome proposals for just about any talk you can think of.
All WordPressers are welcome to apply: while roughly half of WCEU attendees have a technical background, the other half comes from the world of marketing and business so don’t be put off if you’re not a developer.
During the selection process and schedule planning, we’ll carefully consider all of the proposed talks to make sure that WCEU 2022 offers a good balance of interesting content for everyone.
Historically, talks from professionals with a technical background have dominated WordCamps, but in recent years, we’ve seen amazing presentations from speakers from a wide range of fields, like Design, Marketing, Customer Support, Content Creation, Accessibility and many others. We want to double down on that trend, so no matter what your background is, we want to hear from you!

How about the workshops?
Learning-by-doing is one of the most effective ways to learn. In addition to our regular sessions, we’d like to invite you to provide hands-on guidance to our participants. We encourage you to apply and share your knowledge in a workshop format.
We are looking for a lineup of workshops as diverse as our attendees’ interests, so there will be a variety of topics across all levels of expertise. Feel free to inspire us with your ideas and knowledge. What are you passionate about? What can you share with others? Don’t hesitate to apply so that you can share your expertise and knowledge with other WordPressers at WCEU!
