Excited to enjoy the community spirit along with your little one at WordCamp Europe 2026? We are thrilled to say that free childcare will be available during Contributor Day and the main conference days, from 4 to 6 June 2025, during the scheduled event hours.
Childcare services will be provided by a professional contractor and experienced childcare staff, following Polish regulations. These services will be available only for pre-registered children.
Childcare Information
Note: Information is provisional and may vary. We’ll email all registrants if there are any major updates.
- Childcare is available only for children ages 3 to 10.
- No food will be allowed in the childcare room. Only water and other beverages are permitted.
- Mealtimes remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult, who will need to take charge of the child for any meals.
- No sharp or dangerous objects are allowed in the childcare room.
- Only healthy children are allowed in the childcare area.
- Parents or guardians must provide all necessary information about their child, including allergies, special needs, and contact details to reach them if needed.
- If a child becomes unwell or starts feeling homesick, the accompanying adult will be contacted right away by text message or phone call using the number provided at registration.
- Children will be registered at the entrance, along with the accompanying adult’s name and contact details.
- Collection must be done by the same accompanying adult who completed the registration, and the child must be signed for.
- It is strictly forbidden for the accompanying adult to leave the event while the child is in the childcare room.
- Children are only allowed in the designated childcare area.
- In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, childcare staff will guide the child safely to the outdoor gathering point and continue to care for them there. The accompanying adult will be contacted immediately by text message or phone call and informed that the child has been moved to the outside collection point.
Childcare will be available from 15 minutes before the first session starts until 15 minutes after the last session ends. It will not be available during the After-Party.

Psst… You don’t need to buy a conference ticket for your children unless you want them to have their own badge, lunch, and other conference goodies.
