I’m the CTO at Filter – a remote-first agency full of talent working together in a healthy, supportive environment. We believe family is more important than work, we believe people are most fulfilled when they can do good work that they’re proud of, we trust our people, and we always keep an open mind towards new ideas.
Bringing creative solutions to clients and projects is what makes me love my job, but more importantly, it’s that it allows me the time outside of work to spend on eclectic passions such as home renovation (the planning, not the doing!), Depeche Mode, Star Wars, and rugby coaching.
And if I’m not doing any of these things, I’m probably planning my next trip to DisneyWorld in Florida, which is my happy place and future retirement home!
