Whether you’re attending, contributing, learning, speaking or sponsoring, we know that you’re sure to work up an appetite.
That’s why we’ve put a lot of work into tailoring the catering you’ll enjoy at WCEU. Catering to a couple of thousand people from all over the world with a variety of dietary requirements and preferences can be quite a challenge, and one we hope we’ve done well in meeting this year in cooperation with the catering services.
Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, halal, kosher, seafood/nut/other allergies? We listened.
All meals will be served buffet-style, allowing you to choose what you want to eat. Publishing menus in advance helps inform those choices, especially if under stress in avoiding risk and harm from certain food ingredients.
