What does the team do?

The WP-CLI Team is developing the official command-line tool for interacting with and managing your WordPress sites. It’s a great tool for testing purposes for quickly going through regular tasks and many interesting things.

Contributing isn’t limited to just code. You contribute in the way that best fits your abilities, by writing tutorials, giving a demo at your local meetup, helping other users with their support questions, or revising documentation.

WP-CLI Team meetings in the #cli channel on Slack happen each Wednesday at 15:00 UTC (17:00 CEST).

Set up a WordPress.org and Slack account for the Make WordPress Channel.

If you can’t find a video in your own language, come and help make one! Translation is one of the ways you can contribute to WordPress and make a difference for many people.
