Leading the contributing team at WordCamp Europe this year, Abha will highlight the reasons why you should join in the WordPress community and contribute to the platform and its wider supporter base. In the introductory session to this year’s Track 2, with Pedro Fonseca and others from the contributing team, she will introduce you to just some of the thousands of contributors to this open source project.
Abha is a WordPress.org Marketing Team rep, and contributes to many parts of the project including Training, Community, Core and the new Learn WordPress resource. She has also been a member of the WordPress Release Squad and involved in improving contributing opportunities and communications. She is involved with promoting and building accessibility and inclusion in technology. Her background is as a professional journalist and communicator, and has a long background in project management, technology and research.
