It’s a beautiful day to help someone in need
Vlad was using WordPress for 10 years when he discovered the community that supports the project, in 2020. He was fascinated by the amazing people behind the project, so he instantly decided to become one of them.
“Sharing knowledge is the essence of progress. Help someone today to grow your future self!”

Vlad started attending the welcoming and friendly Support Team’s meetings in #forums. He discovered that in less than 15 minutes per day anyone is able to save someone’s day, learn new things by trying to solve a problem, bring their debugging experience to a whole new level and eventually help WordPress evolve by getting feedback from the end user on Support Forums. And they don’t even have to be a WordPress expert!
He told us:
If I know a few things, that’s enough to make someone in trouble incredible happy! The joy of a WordPress user thanking me is a priceless reward.
He started as a shy contributor in the Support Team, but the team and the things he learned on Support Forums, by helping others, allowed him to grow and contribute in other teams, like Polyglots, Core or Meta.
He said:
WordPress is an ongoing fun experiment. I don’t fail when I misuse a hook, break a query or run into a White Screen of Death – I learn something new – and the best way to learn is by helping others. Join me and many others in this amazing adventure!
