Siobhan is the lead organiser of WordCamp Whitley Bay, her hometown in the North-East of England where she spends a lot of time on the beach with her dog and kids. When she's not organising WC Whitley Bay she's the COO of Human Made and runs WP Includes.

    During the wordcamp this subject has come up quite a few times, it’s a deeply felt matter. Inspiring talk, I’m thinking of doing the switch to being a remote worker.
    Besides I think communication is better over chat than in person because it makes it easier for shy people to contribute.
