If you have purchased a WordCamp Europe 2026 ticket but cannot attend, you can request a refund. The procedure is described below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds are available until 18th May 2026. Once that deadline passes, no refunds can be issued, with no exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Refund Your Ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To refund your ticket, there are four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check your inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the link in the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Request a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirm and complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Check your inbox<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Search your email inbox for the subject line \u2018Your Ticket to WordCamp Europe 2026<\/strong>\u2019 to find your ticket confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you can\u2019t find your ticket confirmation email, please contact us<\/a>, and we\u2019ll resend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Click on the link in the email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To receive a refund for your purchased ticket, visit the ticket edit<\/strong> access link in your WordCamp Europe 2026 ticket confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 3: Request a refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Click the \u201crequest a refund\u201d link on your ticket page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 4: Confirm and complete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    After clicking on the request refund link, you will be taken to the refund request form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    While including a reason for the refund is optional, you must check the \u201cI agree to the above terms\u201d checkbox and click the \u201cSend Request\u201d button to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
