We have set guidelines to ensure this opportunity serves its intended participants:
- You should generate most of your revenue from WordPress or the ecosystem.
- Your revenue estimates for 2025 should be less than €2 million.
- You should employ fewer than 50 employees.

What to Expect Next?
After applying to become a sponsor, you can expect the following:
- the Sponsors team will reach out to confirm receipt of your application and begin the sponsorship vetting process. This includes review of adherence to the GPL.
- then, you can expect to receive invoices/agreements for the sponsorship. Once the sponsorship agreement is signed, we’ll reach out for the rest of the content we need from you.
- Depending on your sponsorship level, you can expect to receive a full sponsorship packet, including:
- Access to Production Pool, our event services partner
