All the way to the end"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If more people read the docs, articles and blog posts that support your WordPress products, and read them all the way through, could you focus more on building and less on support? Or, put another way, how many of your support tickets come from people who missed a big point in your documentation, or maybe didn\u2019t read past the first paragraph? (I\u2019ve seen the blood and sweat\u2014and money\u2014you pour into those.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, what if I told you there are five or six easy tweaks you can make to those documents, as well as your dev notes and blog posts, that will get more of your users to start reading them in the first place, and keep reading them all the way to the end?
