WordCamp Europe 2025 is excited to announce that registration for workshops is now officially open! While all talks at the conference are open access, workshops require prior registration due to limited capacity. Workshop seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration is free and included in the event ticket.
WordCamp Europe 2025 will take place from 5–7 June in Basel, with the main conference days on 6 and 7 June. The hands-on workshops, designed to provide practical skills and in-depth learning, are a highlight of the programme and offer attendees the chance to explore tools, techniques, and ideas alongside industry experts.
Limited Spaces – Early Registration Recommended
All attendees holding a valid WCEU 2025 ticket can now sign up for the workshops of their choice via the official event website. Once capacity is reached, registration for each workshop will close, and a queuing system will be available onsite to fill any last-minute openings.
Please note:
- Registration is required to attend any workshop.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early to secure your place. After that, seats may be given to those in the queue.
- Registrants must use the same email address used for their event ticket.
What to Expect from the Workshops
This year’s workshop lineup includes technical deep-dives and practical sessions led by WordPress experts. Some workshops will require attendees to bring laptops or have certain software pre-installed, such as local development environments or Node.js. Full details, including requirements for each session, are available on the WCEU 2025 Workshop Registration Page.
Highlighted workshops include:
- The Block Developer Cookbook: WCEU 2025 Edition
