We’re a multidisciplinary team passionate about technology and crafting standout digital experiences. Since 2006 we’ve worked remotely, designing and building projects on WordPress. Four core values guide everything we do: constant curiosity, a human‑first mindset, radical transparency, and enjoying the journey.
How Joinchat was born
- 2017 — We noticed WhatsApp was the star sales‑and‑support channel for one client, so we built the first version of Joinchat.
- 2018 — In year one we surpassed 100,000 installs and released the Premium version.
- 2019–2021 — Upgrades came fast: more messaging channels (Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, etc.) and new automation features.
- 2022 — We hit half a million active installs.
- 2023 — We launched ChatFunnel, enabling conversational forms to capture leads naturally.
- Today — We’ve clocked 13 million+ downloads —and counting.
