Update: Our team will be taking a short break over the festive and New Year period, therefore any Visa Letter requests received will be processed from early January 2025.
We are committed to supporting all attendees in participating in WordCamp Europe 2025 smoothly and without unnecessary obstacles.
We know that traveling abroad and dealing with visa applications can be challenging. The visa process can vary for people from different countries who want to attend WordCamp Europe 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.
We recommend you review the specific application and entry requirements, such as Insurance, Travel Documents and Financial Statements on the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) website.
Regardless of your specific visa requirements for travel to the Schengen Area, please also check that your passport will remain valid for at least three (3) months beyond the date you return to your country.
