What’s the most unexpected skill you’ve used while organising WCEU? 🏄
I think keeping anxiety (mine and the one of the team) under control, especially when the event is approaching

What’s the funniest or most memorable moment you’ve had with your team?
During the first venue visit, an evening at a Basel Irish pub, relaxing and chatting about our lives.
If WCEU were a music festival, what would be your team’s anthem? 🪇
For me, my team is the entire WCEU Orgs. So, let’s celebrate with We Are the Champions by Queen.
Because this group of people is doing great things during hard times. 😉
What’s one thing people don’t realise about your team’s work behind the scenes? 🪁
The Lead Org role is pretty much a silent role.
We are responsible for the whole picture. So, we need to supervise all aspects and solve any issues that occur, but with respect to each team’s autonomy.
Using a metaphor, let’s say that the WCEU Org team is like an orchestra, and the Lead Organisers are the conductors
In the spirit of open-source collaboration, what’s the best lesson WCEU has taught you about teamwork?
Cooperation and respect! We are volunteers, and we need to respect everyone’s time and availability. The most important thing is that working together is pleasant and fun.
Which famous fictional character would make the best addition to your team, and why?
Mary Poppins. She is always calm, determined, and smiling. And, more importantly, she always has a solution in her bag!
