The procedure is quite simple and is described below.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests are available only until 26 May 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Refund Your Ticket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To refund your ticket, there are four steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the link in the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request a Refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm and Complete<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Check your inbox<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, search your email inbox for the subject line \u2018<strong>Your Ticket to WordCamp Europe 2024<\/strong>\u2019 to find your ticket confirmation email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you can\u2019t locate your ticket confirmation email, please <a href=\"https:\/\/europe.wordcamp.org\/2024\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"193\">contact us<\/a>, and we\u2019ll resend it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Click on the link in the email<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To receive a refund for your purchased ticket, visit the <strong>ticket edit<\/strong> access link in your WordCamp Europe 2024 ticket confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/h_mjjCt17PXjbObZZbfHdMrX8ec4AL-A3tt9lykq674v9sGSYqAY9Eb1pQGNIsOrGXfeaJYQnAjB3pQyse0guMFW3ZrEd1C2x5jZwGUv1aagxR0oFPXsThFKKkMoRIfstHEUYYvCMpMvQe3ajp5hOCs\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Request a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the \u201crequest a refund\u201d link on your ticket page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Confirm and Complete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After clicking on the request refund link, you will be taken to the refund request form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While it is optional to include a reason for the refund, you must check the \u201cI agree to the above terms\u201d checkbox and click the \u201cSend Request\u201d button to complete the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/PFuWyhVow27a8kC0F4S9phftL5Kgg6At6KV5WUKhD369qhaj17pGgLntauDJ-kI1RUqkRK2Zs-CN67Wp_XIX5umluPtAaAUNAIJM7xiKcJIFIXeZZFdGmK0fj4-LHs7MOo0T1ltaocirbaGs43ZZf9Q\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re unable to request a refund, please contact us, and we will process it manually for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important notes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to proceed with a refund, it is important to be aware of the following:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It may take a few days for your refund to be processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When requesting a refund, all tickets purchased together will be cancelled. We are unable to provide partial refunds or transfer refunds to a different account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once cancelled, a ticket will not be transferable or redeemable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The tickets that have been issued for speakers, volunteers, sponsors and crew are not refundable.
