Our Wellness Track is designed to help and support members of the WordPress Community by providing introductory (beginner level) yoga sessions and short walking tours of the city, designed to help attendees become more active, reduce stress and take care of ourselves.
Due to the nature of our roles, we’re usually found to be sedentary and working at a computer for long periods of time which can cause stress and musculoskeletal related issues. Being active and spending time away from a monitor is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety – but also get up and moving!
Our Wellness Track is the perfect opportunity to take time for you – to enjoy some peace and relax whilst at WordCamp Europe!

Yoga lessons
Many of us, spending long hours sitting in front of a screen can have neck and back tensions.
Breathing in the right way and gently stretching and twisting our body can bring benefits to our posture, release stress and help focus our mind.
Don’t be afraid if you’ve never tried yoga before – everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. The instructor will guide and help you.
When
Sessions will run on the main conference days: Friday 14 June and Saturday 15 June 2024 at 9:00 AM.
Each session lasts between 45 minutes to one hour. Please be at the Wellness and Games area 15 minutes beforehand.
Where
At Lingotto Fiere, Hall 3, in the Wellness & Games area.
Meet your instructor
Laura Anzuoni has been teaching yoga for over 15 years both in Italy and abroad.
Her style integrates yoga and somatic approach to focus more on how people “feel” rather than “move” during a yoga class.
She is specialised in mind-body connection and how to release stress from the body.
She strongly believes yoga must adapt to human bodies and not the other way around. She also believes that a good laugh can sometimes be the best mindfulness practice.
How to attend
Everyone is welcome to join but the capacity for each session is limited to 15 places. Please be sure to arrive early: places are given on a first come, first served basis.
