Attendee services team

From handling ticket logistics, visa applications, accessibility issues and providing information throughout the event, they’ve got your back every step of the way. Budget team

Communications, Marketing & PR team

Community team

They are responsible for providing technical support to all teams, and most importantly, ensuring a stable and reliable internet connection during both Contributor and event days. Local team
This team is a treasure trove of local knowledge and connections. They handle logistics, source local suppliers and venues, and gather valuable information to enhance your WCEU experience. Thanks to their efforts, all attendees get a chance to immerse themselves in the local culture, overcome language barriers, and truly feel at home in Torino.
This team would be a perfect fit if you have strong knowledge of the local area (Torino) and its resources. Speaking Italian is a hard requirement for members of this team. If you excel in organisational and coordination skills and enjoy gathering information and making effective logistics arrangements, this team is ideal for you.
Photography team

They document the vibrant WordPress community coming together to learn, connect, and have a blast. Join this team and be the visual storyteller, preserving the memories of WCEU for years to come!
This team would be a perfect fit if you have proficiency in photography and/or videography. If you have an artistic eye for capturing the essence and emotions of events and pay attention to detail, this team offers an exciting opportunity. Please note that bringing your own photography/videography equipment is a requirement for this role.
Sponsor team

They work closely with generous sponsors to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone involved. Volunteers team
WordCamps thrive on the dedication of passionate volunteers, and the Volunteer Team is the heart and soul of WCEU. They are the unsung heroes who keep the event running like a well-oiled machine. This team works closely with the Design Team and the Communications Team to bring the event’s vision to life on the web. Whether it’s crafting captivating landing pages, optimising functionality, or ensuring seamless navigation, you’ll be at the forefront of creating an unforgettable digital presence. The WCEU website is part of the WordCamp multisite setup so using plugins and custom coding is limited.
