The Organisers application deadline is approaching, so we wanted to update you about the process and the next steps.
The last day to apply is Friday 1st September, so make sure to submit your application before the clock strikes midnight!
Here’s what happens next:
After the application period closes, the four Lead Organisers (Juan, Laura, Takis & Wendie) will review all the amazing submissions. We will start by selecting the Team Leads. This year we will prioritise selecting people based in Europe, creating a healthy gender and cultural balance.
Around the 10th September, we will reach out to the potential Team Leads and invite them to join the organising crew.
Didn’t apply as a team lead or didn’t get selected? Don’t worry. All team leads will be selecting team members from the pool of applicants to join their awesome organising team applying the same focus as used for the Team Lead selection process. Selected team members will receive their notifications around the 20th September!
We expect all teams to be complete to start working by 1st October.
Unfortunately, not everyone will be accepted for the Organising team this year. We’ll send these notices early October along with our heartfelt gratitude for taking the time to apply!
