For 2024, we\u2019ll be heading to a city known for it\u2019s history as a centre of innovation \u2013 Torino in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heart of the city is immersed in greenery, with over 300km of tree-lined avenues and parks, leading up to the enchanting Western Alps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With history stretching back over 2,000 years, the city is fondly known as the \u2018aristocratic old lady\u2019 and reborn into a dynamic, innovative and modern city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Want to be involved in creating WordCamp Europe 2024? The Call for Organisers<\/a> is now open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forget boring work, we operate in teams that cover all the exciting aspects of event planning. We’ve got teams for Attendees Services, Budgeting, Community, Communications & PR, Content, Design, Local coordination, Photography, Sales & Sponsors, and Volunteers – and who knows, we might even come up with new teams this year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re a WordCamp aficionado and want to level up your involvement, this is your chance. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we want to harness your unique skills and passions. Together, we’ll create a powerhouse team that will knock everyone’s socks off!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organising a WordCamp is a wild ride, and it requires some serious dedication. Starting from September 2023, the Organising Team will be in full swing, planning every detail for WordCamp Europe in June 2024. We’ll have weekly or bi-weekly meetings where we’ll brainstorm, scheme, and bring this event to life. So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our team, you’ll be working remotely, but that’s no problem for you, right? We expect everyone to be a rockstar team player, treating each other with kindness and respect. Oh, and don’t forget to bring your positive vibes and enthusiasm!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
