At WordCamp Europe, we want to encourage diversity on the stage. We know that the financial aspect of speaking can be a bottleneck for speakers, and wish to help alleviate travel and accommodation costs.
That’s why we’ve launched the Speaker Support Program. We’re inviting companies in the WordPress Community to support this initiative.
WordCamp Europe is here to provide a place for selected speakers and sponsoring companies to connect – we’re not involved in the selection, instead this process will be with the sponsoring company or organisation to decide who and how to support.
Information for Speakers
Along with the confirmation that your application has been selected, we will ask you if you would need support and connect you with the companies supporting this program.
If you recognise yourself as an underrepresented speaker, please submit your profile on the Underrepresented in Tech website. This profile could be requested by some of the companies joining the WordCamp Europe 2023 Speaker Support Program.
