Catering to a couple of thousand people from all over the world with a variety of dietary requirements and preferences can be quite a challenge, and one we hope we\u2019ve done well in meeting this year in cooperation with the catering services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, halal, kosher, seafood\/nut\/other allergies? We listened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All meals will be served buffet-style, allowing you to choose what you want to eat. Publishing menus in advance helps inform those choices, especially if under stress in avoiding risk and harm from certain food ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Menus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No matter when and where you are eating, we would love for you to enjoy meals with us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have all menus available in PDF with all allergens clearly marked per dish.
