The WordPress Community has something new to offer to the attendees of WCEU 2022: the Community Booth<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 60 square metres \u201ctown center\u201d right at the heart of the expo area dedicated to the WordPress Community and its activities!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experienced members of the Community will be there to welcome and help you find information on almost anything that has to do with WordPress, i.e. technical issues, how to contribute back to the project, what is \u201chot\u201d this year, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Want to discuss a relative topic and never had the chance to do so in the past? This is the perfect opportunity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet up with friends, colleagues, and even make some new connections, over at the WordPress Community Booth!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

If you have questions, we\u2019ve got the answers! Unsure about how to get the most out of your attendee experience? Lost? Questions about food, sessions, exhibitors, WordPress, contributing to WordPress? Questions about the very meaning of life? Need help with an issue or concern? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staffed with members of the WordPress community who are passionate about helping you find the answer and resources you need, we\u2019ll be there for you! Performance is always a hot issue for all people involved in web projects, developers, marketers, the lot! Visit this area of the booth to explore four key areas focusing on WordPress performance: learn more about the WP Performance Initiative, performance measurement, performance best practices, and ask all your remaining questions at the performance help desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re passionate about enhancing any aspect of WordPress performance, or just want to learn more about initiatives that are underway, stop by. The WordPress Performance Group will have multiple workstations available to show you various projects related to performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WCEU 10th anniversary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2022 we happily find ourselves celebrating the 10th edition of WordCamp Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it\u2019s been 10 years since the WCEU was born in Leiden (Netherlands) and since then it has traveled all over Europe, from Sofia (Bulgaria) and Seville (Spain), then to Vienna (Austria) and Paris (France), on to Belgrade (Serbia) and Berlin (Germany).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We even hosted a couple of online editions during the pandemic.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year we celebrate our 10th anniversary as well as the much anticipated return to in-person events and we are super thrilled about it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
