Only a few days to go until WordCamp Europe 2020 Online and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been planning with you (don’t worry, there’s still time to get your free ticket).

This year will welcome the first fully virtual WCEU. More people than ever before – and from all across the globe – will have the chance to enjoy live-streamed talks from our fantastic speakers, network with our generous sponsors in their virtual booths and get to know other attendees and speakers in private networking rooms. 

The WordPress community is one-of-a-kind and WordCamps offer the opportunity to meet new people and catch up with old friends.

This year’s WordCamp Europe should be no different and that’s why, with your help, we’d like to bring the virtual WCEU community a little closer.

Although we can’t meet in person, we would love to get as many WCEU attendees as possible to help us create a ‘family photo’. 

To take part, send us a selfie in a public post on social media, making sure to tag WordCamp Europe and include the #WCEUFamilyPhoto and #WCEU hashtags in your post.

At the end of the event, we’ll collate everyone’s selfies into one big #WCEUFamilyPhoto collage.

How to submit your photo 

You can share your selfies with us on social media (Twitter, Instagram or Facebook) or via email at hello@wp-europe.org*.

If you’re sending your selfie via social, make sure that:

1. your post is public (so we can see it!)
2. you include the #WCEU and #WCEUFamilyPhoto hashtags
3. you tag @wceurope

*By tagging WordCamp Europe in your post, you confirm that you own the copyright in the image and any words used and have permission from everyone pictured in the image. You agree to the photo being edited and/or published by the WCEU Organising Team for the purposes of promoting WCEU.

Send us your selfie by 15:00 UTC on Saturday, 6 June to be featured in the #WCEUFamilyPhoto.
