That’s it, we’ve come to the end of WordCamp Europe 2020 Online! It’s been three days full of contributing, talks, networking and plenty of time to catch up with old and new friends alike. We’ve had the best time and hope you all have, too.
We want your feedback!
WCEU 2020 was one of the first online WordCamps at such a scale, so we have a lot to learn. We want to hear from you on how the next organising team can improve the event in future years, whether it is held online or in person.
In the next few days, you will receive a survey via email to tell us all about your experience in the past 3 days.
Feedback on individual sessions
We also have an open feedback form for each session, where you can privately share your thoughts on the content shared by the speaker, the topic, the presenter, etc.
This will help WCEU 2021’s Content Team to prepare the most exciting and diverse schedule for next year. You will find the form in the link below:
Who made WCEU 2020 possible?
With more than 8,000 registered attendees, this year’s WCEU was by far the largest edition in the event’s history. To pull this off required a massive team effort across the global WordPress community.
We’d like to take this opportunity say a big thank you to everyone who helped make WCEU 2020 Online possible:
The WCEU 2020 Online Team:
- Global Team Leads: Bernhard Kau and Rocío Valdivia
- Organising Team
- Speakers, including our backup speakers Pedro Carvalho and Jesús Amieiro
- Sponsors
- Emcees
- Facilitators
- Volunteers
- Laura Carracedo for the creation of Okaeri Wapuu
- Angel de Franganillo for creation of the WCEU official tune
- Production Pool for their technical support to bring WCEU online: Branimir Cujic, Ana Rodic, Jovana Tomic, Ivan Krstić, Miljan Milivojevic, Mirko Djordjevic, Milos Sorgic, Ilija Dugonjic, Vladimir Balog and Sanjin Corovic
- Global RealTime Captioning for providing the live captioning in each track
The WCEU 2020 Porto Team:
- Global Team Leads: Bernhard Kau, Jonas Andrijauskas and Tess Coughlan-Allen
- Organising Team
And last, but by no means least, a big thank you to… YOU!
Without the WordPress community, there would be no WCEU. So thank you all for joining us on this year’s WCEU journey.
We hope you’ve enjoyed it and can’t wait to see you next year for WCEU 2021 Porto.
