We\u2019ll be logging everyone in and out at our registration desks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does it work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The 3-hour workshop includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 hours of working<\/li><li>Time for breaks and games<\/li><li>Show-and-tell session<\/li><li>Snacks and refreshments <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What equipment is needed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Children must bring the following equipment to the workshop: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Laptop<\/li><li>Laptop charger<\/li><li>Notepad<\/li><li>Pen or pencil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before the workshop<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new website, each child will need access to an email address. This can be a parent\u2019s email address. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible for us to set up a temporary email address for the workshop, but the website will then need to be transferred to a parent\u2019s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the instructor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Petya Raykovska is a Senior Project Manager at <a href=\"http:\/\/hmn.md\/\">Human Made<\/a>. In addition to leading the WordPress Workshop for Kids, <a href=\"https:\/\/2019.europe.wordcamp.org\/speaker\/petya-raykovska\/\">Petya is a speaker at WordCamp Europe 2019<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 10 years of experience managing and creating websites, she is highly skilled at introducing WordPress to first-time users.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petya has been leading WordPress workshops for children and young people since 2016 in locations all over the world, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Macedonia, Serbia, Thailand, the UK and Zimbabwe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Register for a place<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe-z4bYTYq6iG9B97AKCEWic05_DO7_GJ067lo6m7l1d2cF-Q\/viewform\">Register your child to attend the WordPress Workshop for Kids<\/a> on Thursday 20 June 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequently asked questions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there a cost to attend?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>No, the workshop is totally free but registration is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can parents attend the workshop?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents are welcome at the workshop. Tell us if you will accompany your child using the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you cater for children with additional learning needs?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We will do our best to assist children of all abilities. If your child has needs that we should be aware of, let us know using the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do we need to bring a laptop?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, please provide a laptop for your child to use during the workshop. It\u2019s a good idea to bring a charger, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will food and drinks be provided?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We will provide snacks and refreshments. Tell us if your child has allergies or dietary requirements in the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No tickets are available. Can my child still attend?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once places are filled, we cannot go over capacity. However, we encourage you to register your interest using the form. We will create a waiting list and notify you if a space later becomes available.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My child can no longer attend.
