Latest dates added to our timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve added new items to the WCEU Roadmap<\/a>, which lists upcoming events and dates, ranging from the Call for Volunteers to the final deadline to request a visa invitation letter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important additions include opening and closing dates for the Call for Host City, and the closing date for Call for Media Partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hosting WCEU 2020<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

WordCamp Europe started in Leiden in 2013. Since then it\u2019s been hosted in Sofia, Sevilla, Vienna, Paris, and Belgrade. For 2019, WCEU takes place in Berlin, but where next? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you think your city would be a great candidate, then you\u2019re in luck: We\u2019ve just released the dates for the Call for Host City 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media Partnerships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Becoming a WCEU Media Partner raises your company profile and enhances media activity, allowing audiences to keep up with the open source community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Call for Media Partners opened in October, and we\u2019ve added a closing date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
