What our attendees thought about #WCEU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to everyone who filled out our feedback survey after WordCamp Europe 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fun fact<\/strong>, we had the same number of responses as last year: 566 responses! Almost 87% of attendees who responded rated their experience as great<\/strong> or amazing<\/strong>. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your time at WCEU!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

WCEU 2019 in numbers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • We sold 3,260 tickets to attendees from 97 different countries<\/li>
  • 2,734 attendees were present in Berlin, of which we had 1,722 first-timers<\/li>
  • This was the biggest WordCamp ever organised!\u00a0<\/li>
  • For the first time ever, we sold 150 micro-sponsor tickets. Thank you, Micro-sponsors!<\/strong><\/li>
  • 60 speakers across three talk tracks and three tracks of workshops shared their knowledge with our attendees\u00a0<\/li>
  • With the help of a whopping 60 sponsors, we gathered over \u20ac700,000<\/li>
  • Total revenue from tickets sold was a little over \u20ac130,000<\/li>
  • We were 72 organisers strong across 10 teams and supported by an additional 170 volunteers during the event<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Survey results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    • 46.1% were attending WCEU for the first time<\/li>
    • 33.7% were first-time WordCamp attendees<\/li>
    • 94% would recommend WCEU to a friend<\/li>
    • 84% are very likely to attend WCEU in Porto in 2020<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
