Everything you need to know, from early check-in on Thursday ’til the After Party on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get your badge<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For smooth and speedy check-in and badge collection, we recommend bringing ID with your name. No need to bring a physical ticket, printout or confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-event check-in<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Check in early to avoid queues! Pre-event check-in on Thursday 20 June:
– If you are coming to Contributor Day, get your badge printed in the morning from 08:30.
– If you are not registered for Contributor Day, come get your badge after 14:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get prepared<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Take a look at the menus<\/a> and venue map<\/a>, plus how to register for Workshops<\/a>. Read about accessibility<\/a> at the event, local transportation<\/a>, and staying connected with SIM cards, mobile access and Wi-Fi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What else is happening during WCEU?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

– Charity Drop<\/a>: donate WordCamp t-shirts you no longer need to charity.
– Contributing Area<\/a>: keep contributing to WordPress or get some work done.
– Community Help Desk: get a site health check and answers to all things WordPress.
– Info Desk<\/a>: your go-to place for information during the event.
– Wellness at WCEU<\/a>: mindfulness, yoga and meditation sessions.
– WP Cafe<\/a>: connect and chat about a range of topics.
– WordPress Workshop for Kids<\/a> during Contributor Day for ages 8-14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Party<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our After Party<\/a> this year takes you back to the 80s. 
Badge is required for entry.<\/strong> Dressing up is optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food will be available, but we recognise that many may want to have dinner out with friends and colleagues then join the After Party later. Keeping food waste to a minimum, we will only serve food at the beginning of the After Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
