Workshop registration

Two weeks to go until WCEU, and we are all getting very excited!

As well as booking flights, accommodation and checking out what else you can do while in Berlin, we hope you also found some time to go through this year’s schedule.

We are delighted to be offering a total of 31 talks and 12 lightning talks in eight categories.

Running simultaneously to the talks are three tracks of workshop sessions. In total, we have 15 workshops for you, which include nine 90-minute workshops and six 3-hour workshops.

How to sign up for workshops

We understand that plans change during the conference, so booking your place for a workshop in advance might not suit you on the day of the event.

This year, we want to keep registration for workshops open to as many people as possible. Therefore, registration will be done at the event on the morning of the workshop, allowing you flexibility to choose which you want to attend on the day it happens.

At the start of each conference day, get your ticket for the workshop you want to attend that day. Each attendee can sign up for two workshops per day, and all workshops are free.

Where

Workshop registration will be next to the main registration desk where you first get your badge on arrival.

When

Friday 21 June: Workshop registration opens at 8:00
Saturday 22 June: Workshop registration opens at 8:30

Workshop registration will be open until all workshop places are filled.

Collect tickets for workshops taking place the same day, so if you want to attend two workshops on both conference days, you need to collect your workshop tickets on Friday and Saturday.

What do you need?

Have your WCEU badge when registering for a workshop.

Review the technical requirements and skillset of every workshop to get the most out of the session, and don’t forget your laptop and charger – you’ll need them during workshops to fully participate.
