Activities and opportunities to network & have fun

Arriving in Berlin a day or two before WordCamp Europe? Staying in the capital a bit after the conference? Woo hoo! You have time to see the city and meet new people.

We have a few things to do on Wednesday 19 June, organised and led by volunteers from the WordPress community, and a WordPress Meetup happening after WCEU 2019 comes to a close.

Pre-WCEU Events

Berlin bike and food tour

Berlin walking tour [FULL]

Date: Wednesday 19 June
Time: 13:00-16:00
Meeting place: Brandenburg Gate
Registration: Berlin Walking Tour Sign-Up
Cost: Free
Limit: 20 people (Full – signups closed)
What to expect: Three-hour afternoon walk in central Berlin. Any expenses incurred are paid by participants. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen/hat if sunny.

WordCamp Karaoke

Organiser: WCEU Community Team
Date: Wednesday 19 June
Time: 20:00 ’til late
Meeting place: Monster Ronson’s Ichiban Karaoke, Warschauer Strasse 34
Registration: Request a song and show up!
Cost: 3 euros per person
Limit: 24 people
What to expect: Sing and socialise at two booths reserved for WCEU attendees! #WCKaraoke

WP&D: Dungeons & Dragons for WP

Organiser: Luc Princen
Date: Wednesday 19 June
Time: 20:00. A game runs approximately 3-4 hours.
Location: Estrel venue, exact room TBD
Registration: WP&D Google Form
Cost: Free
Limit: 6 people (Full – signups closed)
What to expect: Friendly game of D&D with characters and rules for players of all levels. Everyone welcome!

Post-WCEU Events

WordPress Meetup – Berlin
