Afsana has a beautiful background as an Artist, but WordPress is her adventure since she learned WordPress and its vast community; She recently started an initiative called iamwplearner, as a knowledge sharing activity with a dream of helping the local as well as WordPress community through different channels and languages.
She started understanding WordPress as a hobby website and gradually became a theDotStore Customer Support Executive. She is a fan of WordCamp and contributed as a WordCamp Lead Organiser, Speaker, Volunteer also a speaker at many WordPress Meetup in the city. She believes “Customer service shouldn’t just be a department; it should be the entire company.”
Her hobby is to travel and explore new places, reading stories, riding a motorcycle, adventurous journey, and ready to accept new challenges!
