Next week, thousands of WordPress enthusiasts will gather in Belgrade to contribute, learn, listen, speak, network, and party<\/strong>. \ud83d\udd7a<\/p>\n

WordCamp Europe’s after party is a chance for attendees to celebrate<\/strong> and reflect on their time at the event<\/strong>. We’re excited to invite you along and have put together this post with all the info you need. Your handy Hitchhiker’s Guide to the WordCamp Europe after party<\/strong>, if you will.
\n<\/p>\n

When and Where<\/h2>\n

The after party will take place on June 16th<\/strong>, the final day of the conference. It starts at 7pm<\/strong> and ends at 2am.<\/p>\n

We’ll be partying at the same venue as Contributor Day<\/strong>\u2014Belexpo Centar<\/a>, \u0160panskih boraca 74, Belgrade<\/a>. Belexpo Centar is two kilometres from the main conference venue and we’ve compiled accessibility information<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Theme<\/h2>\n

This year’s theme is\u00a0retro-futurism<\/strong>. Think Back to the Future with a twist of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Intrigued? We included more information and some ideas for costumes in the announcement post<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We’re looking forward to seeing how you embrace this year’s theme.\u00a0\ud83d\ude80\u00a0\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\ude80\u00a0\u2b50<\/p>\n

Remember that the theme is optional<\/strong>. If you feel more comfortable in a WordPress hoody or some other informal attire, feel welcome to show up in that. You won’t be the only one!<\/p>\n

Food and Drinks<\/h2>\n

The cost of your ticket includes food and drinks at the after party.\u00a0<\/strong>You can check out the after party menu<\/a>, which includes vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Non-alcoholic beverages are free, also.<\/p>\n

Each attendee will be given one drink ticket<\/strong>, which you can exchange for a\u00a0Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster<\/del>\u00a0any alcoholic beverage of your choosing. Additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased<\/strong> for 2 EUR cash or the equivalent RSD.<\/p>\n

The after party is\u00a0cash only.<\/strong> There\u2019s an ATM in the adjacent hotel. Both EUR and RSD are accepted but all change will be given in RSD.<\/div>\n

Anything Else?<\/h2>\n

Don’t forget your badge!<\/strong> Venue staff will be welcoming attendees and your badge is the only way they have of knowing that you purchased a ticket.<\/p>\n

And, of course, there’ll be a photobooth.<\/strong>\u00a0Actually, scratch that, there’ll be two photobooths<\/strong>! Bring along your cheesiest grins.\u00a0\ud83d\udcf7\u00a0We’ll meet you there.<\/p>\n
