We want WordCamp Europe to be an event where\u00a0attendees\u00a0feel welcome, comfortable, and included.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve listed some of our efforts to ensure that WordCamp Europe is accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible on this page.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"grid grid-two grid-wide\">\n<div class=\"outline\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/childcare-registration\/\">Childcare<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Parents are welcome to bring their children to the conference at no extra cost and childcare will be provided across the conference&#8217;s two days. You can find more information and apply for childcare <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/childcare-registration\/\">using this form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"outline\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/code-of-conduct\">Code of Conduct<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>All WordCamp Europe attendees are expected to abide by our <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/code-of-conduct\/\">code of conduct<\/a>. We\u00a0encourage anyone who witnesses or is subject to inappropriate behaviour to report it to us via <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/code-of-conduct\/#coc-form\">the form at the bottom of the code<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"grid grid-two grid-wide\">\n<div class=\"outline\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/info\/accessibility-information-for-conference-venue\/\">Venue Accessibility Information<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>We have\u00a0organised accessibility information about <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/info\/accessibility-information-for-conference-venue\/\">the conference venue<\/a> and also <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/info\/accessibility-information-for-contributor-day-and-after-party-venue\/\">the Contributor Day\/after party venue<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"outline\">\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/contact\/wceu-visa-application-form\/\">Visa Assistance<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>If you need to obtain a Visa in order to visit Belgrade then we will provide an invitation letter for\u00a0your application. Please\u00a0request the letter via <a href=\"https:\/\/2018.europe.wordcamp.org\/contact\/wceu-visa-application-form\/\">the form on this page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"grid grid-two grid-wide\">\n<div class=\"outline\">\n<h2>Speech to Text Reporters (STTRs)<\/h2>\n<p>Live captioning will be provided for all presentations in the main conference tracks.
