You will be leading a team, including a timekeeper, door guards, tech help, (stage builder) and runners, in close collaboration with the emcee.<\/p>\n

Make sure that your team is complete ten minutes before the start of a session. If it\u2019s not, reach out to the Rooms manager on Slack who works closely together with the Volunteers team and can help you find a backup.<\/p>\n

Make sure that the audience is not noisy and respectful towards the speaker and that everything in the room is optimized for each talk. Assist your team if needed.<\/p>\n

Your physical presence in the room assigned to you is necessary during your shift.<\/p>\n

A tight communication with the Rooms manager, to who you are reporting to, is necessary.<\/p>\n
