During the workshop, you will help out and make sure people are not just coming in and out of the workshop. You will check-in workshop attendees: workshop participants need a ticket to attend.
\nMake sure that the audience is quiet and respectful towards the workshop leader.
\nYour physical presence in the workshop room assigned to you is necessary during your shift.
\nCommunication with the rooms manager, to who you are reporting to, is necessary.
\nVolunteers who are interested in running workshops themselves are well suited for this role. Knowing how to work well with people in smaller groups is an advantage.<\/p>\n
