I registered for Contributor Day but didn’t get any confirmation. What should I do?<\/strong>
\nNothing, don’t worry. \ud83d\ude42 As we are using Polldaddy as a tool for Contributor Day registrations, we are not sending confirmation emails, but if you have reached the end of the survey \u2013 we have you covered. Once we finish with the Contributor Day registrations, we will send out an email to all who applied for more information. Also, we recommend that you follow us on Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a> to stay in the loop, as well as to subscribe to our announcements (subscription is in the footer!).<\/p>\n

Can I get an invoice?<\/strong>
\nUpdate July 31: what, you waited this long? Sorry, we have closed the books on 2017 and have gone on holiday! Please think to ask earlier next year \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Can I get a refund?<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, we don’t offer a refund. As PayPal only supports refunds 60 days after purchase, we decided that not doing refunds is the easier way to go. If you\u2019d like to give a ticket you bought as a gift, or sell it to somebody; you can edit the details using the link you received in your ticket purchase confirmation email. Thank you for understanding!<\/p>\n

Can I get an invitation letter?<\/strong>
\nYes, you can. To do so, please use our WCEU VISA Application Form<\/a> to get in touch with us. Make sure you enter all the necessary information before contacting us, as without that we cannot help you. Give us at least five working days to respond.<\/p>\n

When are you publishing the schedule?<\/strong>
\nAs you’re probably aware by now, we received 310 speaker applications this year. With such an enormous amount of applications, the speaker selection process will take the entire month of February. In March we will start contacting speakers, and we will start announcing them at the end of March or beginning of April. So, before April we won’t be able to post a schedule. Follow us on Facebook<\/a> and Twitter<\/a> or subscribe to our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) to stay up-to-date with our news.<\/p>\n

The date for the conference has changed. It was 16-18, and now it’s 15-17?<\/strong>
\nWe didn’t change the dates for the conference days, but we moved the date for Contributor day to a day before. Contributor day will be held on June 15th, and the conference days are still the same \u2013 June 16\u201317.<\/p>\n

Will there be any kind of childcare at WCEU?
\n<\/strong>Yes. Like for the previous edition, we will provide childcare over the two days of the conference. To register and have more details, please check this post<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Can I pay\u00a0without PayPal account?
\n<\/strong>If you want to pay for WordCamp Europe tickets, we surely recommend using your PayPal account. If, for any reason, you don’t have one or don’t want to use one \u2013 there’s a workaround to that<\/a>.
