After parties, socials, gatherings, meetups,\u00a0the after hours social events at WordCamp Europe have always had one purpose – get together, have fun, chat, relax and make friends and a lot of memories.<\/p>\n

Ladies and gentleman of the WordPress world, pack your dresses, shirts & bow ties and join us on Saturday, June 25th, at 8:30 pm for the WordCamp Europe Ball in Halle E at the MuseumQuartier.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We’re not going to force you to put tuxedos and evening gowns on, but we think it would be totally awesome, considering the magnificent atmosphere of Halle E, for us to, just for a night, get away from our nerdy t-shirts and dress up.<\/p>\n

Does this mean we’ll not let you in if you’re wearing a t-shirt? Of course not! Does this mean you’ll need to learn to waltz before coming to Vienna? Not necessarily.<\/p>\n

Does it mean we’ll love it if you put on a\u00a0shirt or a dress or anything you consider yourself dressed up in? Yes, yes it does.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition,\u00a0on arrival, you’ll receive a couple of special accessories to make the evening even more fun.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our after party sponsors SiteGround and Hover, on arrival at the venue you’ll get vouchers which will grant you a free drink of your choice. The bar will offer a variety of soft drinks, beer, and wine. You will need your conference badge to both get access to the after party and to get your drink voucher.<\/p>\n

A Party area and a quiet chill out lounge<\/h2>\n

Depending on your mood and preferences, there will be two separate areas at the after party. Halle E will host all who want to dance and have a good time. Halle E’s Lobby will be turned into a chill out lounge with very quiet music and plenty of places to sit for everyone who wants to just relax after the conference and have some quiet conversations with WordPress friends. In addition, the awesome square of the MuseumQuartier will offer plenty of options to chill out under the stars.<\/p>\n

It’s one of the most beautiful places in Vienna in the summer!<\/p>\n

Join the #WCEUBall photo contest and win a GoPro!<\/h2>\n

Making memories is what this event will be all about. And this year you’ll have an opportunity to take your #WCEUBall<\/strong> memories\u00a0home thanks to a\u00a0photo booth that will be available from the start until the end of the party and will print out your shots then and there.<\/p>\n

But wait, there’s more!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a picture at the photo booth and tweet it using the hashtag #WCEUBall<\/strong> from 8:30pm till midnight on June 26th, and you’ll get to enter into a raffle to win a GoPro from our after party sponsors SiteGround and Hover!
